CRISIS INTERVENTION

Crisis Intervention

When a care environment becomes unstable, it affects everyone involved. Staff become overwhelmed, communication breaks down, and the quality of care begins to decline.

Dr. Ra provides crisis intervention support for group homes, home healthcare agencies, hospitals, and long term care settings experiencing high stress, burnout, or ongoing disruption.

This work focuses on stabilizing the environment by addressing what is happening beneath the surface. We assess team dynamics, caregiver stress, and environmental factors that contribute to instability. From there, we guide staff toward a more grounded and steady way of responding.

Support may include real time coaching, staff guidance, and structured interventions to restore clarity, improve communication, and reduce escalation.

The goal is to bring the environment back to a place where care can be delivered with consistency, safety, and professionalism.
